BREAKFAST, DONE RIGHT

Home of the Oatmeal Griddle Cake

Soft in the middle, crispy lacy edges, no syrup required. Six neighborhood breakfast spots across New York City and Los Angeles. Walk-ins only, always.

Born out of Salt’s Cure in Los Angeles, we cook breakfast from scratch on both coasts — oatmeal griddle cakes, house-made sausage, and everything in between.

“As someone who doesn’t care too much for breakfast food, Salt’s Cure is the only breakfast place I crave. I hope they never change.”

“I never really liked pancakes and then I had their griddle cakes. Now I buy their mix and make them all the time. So good.”
